"Lived Spirituality" - The  Synthesis

  • How can spirituality be lived in today's hectic and materialistic world?
  • Doesn't the daily struggle for survival, job security, work stress, or personal relationship crises demand all our energy?
  • Wouldn't life be so much easier if we could tap into the subtle spiritual energies that surround us?
  • But we can only tap into them if we recognize their reality and find a way to experience it. Then we feel the energy flowing, and many things become possible that previously seemed impossible.

Humans as spiritual and material beings

  • In meditation and silence, we can experience what it means to feel at one with the world and to transcend limitations. Then we can feel that it is not our body that creates our thoughts, but rather that our thoughts influence our body. This spiritual and subtle energy is, in truth, the life force that fills all living beings.
  • Our fears then vanish as if by themselves, and we can no longer hate anyone. We learn that forgiveness is the only solution to all problems. Greed and existential anxieties fall away, and the light and love of the Almighty begin to shine within us.
  • Anyone who sees people who have already undergone this process recognizes their special radiance and their aura.
  • When the number of such people increases, the world will be different—a loving and livable place for all people and all other inhabitants of this world.

Embedded in creation and connected to all life

  • Everything is connected to everything else. That's what we're told, and it's true. Even on a purely material level, an oxygen atom can support a person's oxygen supply in their bloodstream and shortly thereafter be exhaled as a CO2 molecule, subsequently becoming embedded in a fruit tree and contributing to its growth.
  • Similarly, the molecules of the plants we eat are incorporated into our bodies, promoting cell renewal and health, or illness if the substances are toxic.
  • How much more true, then, is this on the mental level, when thoughts are conceived by many people simultaneously, or when inventions on the same topic are made independently at the same time.

Humanity as the creator of its own future

  • The future is not predetermined; rather, we are called upon to shape it. Only by considering all aspects, both material and immaterial, can we succeed in preserving the planet as a habitable place. If exploitation and the pursuit of profit prevail, we are digging our own grave.
  • Let us understand that we are the ones who have damaged our planet in the past, and that only we can heal it. The planet can heal itself, but then humanity will no longer exist, and in a few million years, other life forms would have taken our place.
  • Therefore, we should embrace our role as creators of the future of the Earth and humanity and not think that we can't make a difference. We have already changed so much; we cannot return to the state before human-induced changes. We must actively engage in the healing process, and this applies to all of humanity without exception.
  • Therefore, science and research remain essential, but they should always be guided by the understanding that matter represents only a small part of our experienced reality.
